SUMMIT CITY STEALTH SPIRITWEAR

For those that are interested, we are planning to place our initial order for spirit wear.   The "t" shirt and sweat shirt will include our team logo on the front and the player's name and number on the back (if desired).  The sweatpants will have the player's number on the hip area and "Stealth" down one leg (if desired).  The prices are shown below.  If you are interested in spiritwear, please fill out the order form and return at your earliest convenience to either Cathy or Laura.  Money is due at time of order.  Go to Parent page to print a copy of this form.  Thanks.
